Simply ship your parcel to one of our local Collectique points, where you can immediately try on your order and ask for personal (styling) advice. You only take home what you want and leave what you don’t. Immediate pickup is of course an option too. You can choose to come back later for a return.
No more return formalities!
The Collectique point handles all return formalities for you. You no longer have to look for a return label anymore, print it and attach it to the parcel. You no longer have to repackage everything and fill out the return form. You no longer need to be stressed about getting to the post office in time. With Collectique that’s all in the past!
Support your local merchant and reduce your ecological footprint.
Collectique points receive a commission on your online orders. This makes e-commerce not only a win-win for you and the webshop, but also for local stores. In addition, Collectique makes it possible to group shipments, work with reusable packaging and decrease the number of deliveries, which is a lot more sustainable compared to home delivery!
How it works?
CLICK
Visit one of our connected webshops. Shop online, choose the Collectique delivery option in checkout and select your preferred Collectique point.
SHIP
Your order is shipped to the selected Collectique point. Sit back and relax. You’ll receive a notification when it’s ready for you. From that moment, you’ll have 14 days to drop by. Just don’t forget your ID or order confirmation e-mail to prove your identity.
FIT
Upon arrival, you can immediately try on the items in a fitting room and receive personal advice. Maybe you can even find some matching items at the store.
COLLECT
Only take home what you want and leave what you don’t. Immediate pickup without fitting is of course an option too.
(RETURN)
All your returns are handled by the staff at the Collectique point, to make sure you’ll get a quick refund. You don’t have to do a thing.
