How it works?


Your customer opts for the Fit & Collect option in checkout and selects a Collectique point for pickup. This can be your own store, or one of your selected partner stores.


You ship the order to the selected Collectique point and add a ready to use return label. No need to change your courier, warehousing or fulfilment process.


Your customer receives a notification when the order arrives at the Collectique point. There, he/she can immediately try on the items in a fitting room and receive personal advice & assistance in-store.


Customers only take home what they want and leave what they don’t. Immediate pickup without fitting is an option too. You can check the status updates of your orders on our Collectique platform.


All returns are handled by the staff at the Collectique point, to guarantee the best possible shopping experience. Returns will be grouped and shipped back to you as soon as possible. This way you ship more environmentally friendly and you save on expensive transportation costs.

1. Sign up & install the plugin

Sign up here if you like to receive more information. If you decide to offer our Collectique service, we will send you the details for a smooth integration in your webshop’s checkout.

2. Choose your partners & promote Collectique

Next, you will receive our portfolio with the available Collectique points. You then pick and choose the ones that match your shopping experience needs. Only these points will be added to your store locator in checkout. You can easily add your own retail stores too! Next, you can start promoting Collectique as a new convenient delivery service for your customers.

3. Receive updates about your orders

Follow the status of your orders by following the updates on our platform. This way, you can easily check whether a customer has come in to pick up, fit, return or exchange an order.

4. Only pay out Collectique points for the orders you actually sell

You only owe a commission to the Collectique point when an item has actually been sold. In case of return, you do not have to pay any commission. Prices start from 2.95% on the retail price of sold items via Collectique, with options for volume discounts.
