You ship the order to the selected Collectique point and add a ready to use return label. No need to change your courier, warehousing or fulfilment process.


FIT

Your customer receives a notification when the order is ready at the Collectique point to be tried on in-store.


COLLECT

Customers only take home what they want and leave what they don’t. Immediate pickup without fitting is an option too. You can check the status updates of your orders on our Collectique platform.


(RETURN)

All returns are handled by the staff at the Collectique point, to guarantee the best possible shopping experience. Returns will be grouped and shipped back as soon as possible. This way you ship more environmentally friendly and you save on expensive transportation costs.
